To sign up you need to come in to our only location as seen on Contact Page. Sherri or Jill will give you the nessassary paper work. If there is no room on the specific class your child needs to be in you and your child will be put on a waiting list. We would love to have new children come to our daycare and we hope we are what you have been looking for. Attendance: An attendance sheet is kept at the entrance for sign in and sign out daily. Only persons approved by you will be allowed to take your child for the facility. Toys: No Toys from home are allowed to come to daycare Health: All children are required to have an on file registration form and an up-to-date immunization record. Please do not bring your child to the daycare if they are sick this will prevent the spread of the illness. Disipline: Children look to adults to set reasonalble limits for them. These limits are nessassary to ensure the safety and protection of your child. Here at Promise we only us constructive methods to disipline. Most behavior problems will be dealt will with reasoning or redirection otherwise a time out will be used. If the behavior continues a conference with parents will be arranged. If the behavior continues still the parent will be asked to withdraw their son or daughter from the program. Distruction of Property: If your child is responsible for distruction of property the parent will be liable for the replacement cost on the item.\ Medication: If your child is to receive medication while in our care, a medication form needs to be filled out. The medications needs to be in its original container and the childs name, date and dosge. All medication will kept out of reach of children. Do not leave medication in your childs cubbie, backpack or bottles. Sunscreen: We ask that you put sunscreen on your child before dressing them in the am and we will reapply in hte pm. Diapering and potty training: Diapers are checked and changed approx. every hour and a half. By signing our parent information forms you are giving staff permission to use ointment when nessessary. Our staff will work with you to potty train your child.

Fees and Payment Plans Infants - 1 month to 12 months 1 Day a week - $43 2 Days a week - $40 3 Days a week - $37 4 Days a week - $35 5 Days a week - $34 Tiny Tots - 12mo. to appox. 19 mo. 1 Day a week - $38 2 Days a week - $35 3 Days a week - $32 4 Days a week - $30 5 Days a week - $27 * Note you are paying for a slot they are signed up for regardless of childs attendance * Regestration Infants and Tiny Tots $50 Older Toddlers:Weekly hours 19 months to 2 1/2 yrs 20 hrs. or less - 3.45/hr 21- 37 hrs - 3.15/hr 38- 44 hrs - 2.95/hr 45 or more hrs - 2.85/hr Preschoolers: 2 1/2 and potty trained and up 20 hrs. or less - 3.30/hr 21- 37 hrs - 3.00/hr 38- 44 hrs - 2.80/hr 45 or more hrs - 2.65/hr * Yearly registration and insurance fee is $20.00. 1) All bills are due by the 10th of the following month of service. Promise may refuse to care for those who have unpaid balance. 2) Delinquent bills are subject to late fees. 3) No- Call fees, will be added to your bill if you do not call by 9:00 am To inform us that your child will be absent. This does not apply to the infants and tiny tots 4) Late pick-up: There is a charge of 50cents a minute after 6:15 closing time. This fee is added to your monthly billing. 5) Payments: Monthly bills are set out on the sign in/out counter in a red box. 6) For each major holiday there will be a nominal day of $12.00
