Community partnerships will
be a significant part of student's experience at Windward
High School.
The Connecting Schools and Communities Initiative is a program offered by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation designed to insure that more students leave high school ready for college, work, and civic contribution. This initiative was launched to help create strong educational and community-based opportunities for students in Washington State.

Nate Seright is the Community Coordinator for Windward
High School. The goal of the position is to foster connections
and relationships between Windward students and our community.
